Niseko is located in Hokkaido, one of Japan's most northly islands. Transport to and from Niseko is efficient and scenic. The majority of Japanese accomodations provide pick-up and drop-off service to and from the station, the perfect warm welcome to Niseko.

The most convienent way to reach Niseko from Sapporo is by bus. Throughout winter express buses operate directly from Sapporo New Chitose Airport to Niseko. The ride is a comfortable one and passes some of the most scenic spots of Hokkaido, including the famous Shikotsuko Lake.
Travel time: Approximately 3 hrs (including refreshment & toilet stop)

If your schedule does not coincide with the buses, the trains are a great option.
Express and regular trains operate from both Sapporo New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours, with transfer required for regular trains.
When coming to Niseko, please make sure to get off at Kutchan station and not Niseko station.
