Lake Toya - Rankoshi Town - Hirafu Village Hirafu

With the discontinuation of the Ironman Japan in Hokkaido this year, the Hokkaido Triathlon has taken center stage this summer.

The Hokkaido Triathlon runs though a combines three popular locations in the Niseko area. Starting with a 2 km swim at the Nearby Lake Toya, participants will then bike 122.9 km from Lake Toya circling along Mt Yotei until they reach Rankoshi town where they will finish the race with a 20.1 km run ending up in the Hirafu village. The finish location is set as Sun Sportsland Kutchan. While there are no designated cheering locations set, do feel free to sit out along the route and offer your support to participants as they pass!
