Jagamatsuri - Potato Festival

Enjoy a truly unique Japanese spectacle this summer by spending the weekend at the Niseko-Kutchan Jagamatsuri - or summer potato festival.

Kutchan is famous for the high-quality potatoes produced each year from local farms and this festival celebrates the hard work of the local community. There are parades, dances, fireworks, games and of course lots of potatoes (among other delicious food and drink!).
