This uniquely-Hokkaido dish was originally created in the city of Sapporo and is now served across Hokkaido. Niseko has a number of restaurants specialising in this mouth-watering dish which includes Hokkaido's famous vegetable produce and meats.
While the dish is growing in popularly around Japan, Hokkaido really is the best place to eat soup curry due to its rich source of ingredients.
