Bar Gyu+ Open for Summer

Traditionally open only in winter, Bar Gyu+ or better known as the Fridge Door Bar has amassed a strong following across skiers and snowboarders across the world as one of the best apres-ski bars in Niseko. This month, Bar Gyu+ has opened for its first summer season. 

Here's what to expect from their summer opening. 

Over the summer months, Bar Gyu+ will be hosting several pop up events. Known for hosting intriguing pop up events, past events have included guest cooking, a Mexican fair, candle night as well as dinner with sake pairing. This summer, look forward to their Zodiac Dinner, whisky tasting and monthly cinema showing.

Filled with talented bartenders, Bar Gyu+ comes up with new inventive cocktails every season. Expect delicious concoctions such as their ‘Northern Gin Tonic’ which is a refreshing combination of Japanese gin, tonic and haskap berries. Choose your poison.
