Milk Kobo
Milk Kobo in Niseko Town is famous for their ice cream made using fresh milk from cows on the ranch. Strawberry yoghurt is a popular ice cream flavour among children and adults.
As the ice cream made is naturally sweet, Milk Kobo chooses to use wafer cones rather than waffle cones to balance out the sweetness of their ice creams. In addition to a wide range of ice cream flavours, Milk Kobo also offers soft serve, cream puffs, roll cakes, and other sweets to fill your sweet tooth.

Ruhiel
Driving from Hirafu to Kutchan along Route 343, it is almost impossible to miss the large gelato on the left, signalling the entrance to Ruhiel. The shop is famous for creating gelato using spring water from Mt Yotei and a high concentration of seasonal fruits. Using raw whole fruit that is blended and used directly, you can taste the fruit in their gelato. The crisp taste is perfect after a sweat or other activity such as cycling or rafting.

Niseko Gelato
After buying local produce at Niseko View Plaza Roadside Station, stop by Niseko Gelato for a delicious artisan gelato. Loved by locals, the shop always have a luring smell of handmade waffle cones and is lined with colourful gelato. One of the most visually striking ice cream in the shop is their beautiful mint blue gelato. Titled "Doremon", the ice cream taste like banana.

Lake Hill Farm
Less than an hour drives away from Niseko, make sure to visit Lake Hill Farm when you're heading towards Lake Toya. Located on a hill above Mt. Yotei along Route 230, there is over 20 types of ice creams made using ingredients from Hokkaido. Enjoy ice cream outdoors with a view of Mt Yotei or infront of the shop with fields of flowers in their garden during summer.
