Construction Update in Downtown Niseko
AYA Niseko, the new 300+ bed hotel next to The Vale Niseko, and Odin Place, located on the main crossroads in Niseko-Hirafu, are both starting to reveal their secrets!

The scaffolding and covers are slowly being peeled off AYA Niseko, the new ski-in ski-out hotel that is under construction at the Family Pair lift. The hotel has over 300 beds, onsen, spa, massage, gym and kids play area. In addition the team behind Niseko Pizza are going to open Roma their "Italian Izakaya" as well as a coffee shop and bar.
To top it all off, GoSnow will have a kids room leading right onto the snow with access directly to their new magic carpet area!
The Family Pair is going to be an hive of activity this winter with AYA Niseko, The Vale Niseko, Alpen Ridge and Chalet Murasaki among the properties offering access right on to the slopes - luckily guests from all those properties can take advantage of the priority lift line access offered by GoSnow!
Bookings are now open for AYA Niseko, and if the CGI image below is anything to go by it will be a welcome addition to the high-end accommodation on offer in Niseko-Hirafu!
On the crossroads next to Seicomart, right in the centre of Niseko-Hirafu, there is also work underway. The iconic "Niseko Supply Company" building may have been knocked down, but its replacement is starting to take shape and looks incredible.
Odin Place will house only retail and food and beverage, so will become a hub for shoppers and hungry people alike! We're hearing about a Burton shop, another high-end ski wear boutique and three new F&B outlets! Coffee, pastries, beer, wine? We'll bring you more as soon as we know!
