The Dining Out with Lexus series is bringing some of Japan's most acclaimed chefs from to all kinds of beautiful settings throughout the country.
Recently, Chef Yoji Tokuyoshi, one of Japan's most renowned creators of Italian cuisine, flew in from Milan to take part in an event here in Niseko.
Tokuyoshi has spent over a decade living and studying in Italy, setting up his own restaurant, Ristorante Tokuyoshi, last year in Milan and has already received a Michelin star.
He calls his cooking style "cucina italiana contaminata" or contaminated cuisine in an effort to provide distinction to his radical take on traditional Italian cuisine.
