From Alpine to Après
After a long day on the slopes we all eagerly anticipate some après eats and drinks to soothe our aching bodies and prepare us for the night ahead.
For your post ski refreshments, a combination of taste, convenience and character are paramount. We have a selection of venues that offer all this and more!
Ginger
Situated at the base of AYA Niseko, down the end of the Family Run, you can almost ski right into Ginger's front door. Leave your board and skis outside and enter the spacious, modern dining area. The chefs at Ginger are serving up traditional izakaya inspired meals all prepared using fresh Hokkaido ingredients.
Après hours are from 3 pm with dinner starting at 5 pm, so ski in for some drinks, stay for dinner and finish the night with a delightful dessert.
Wild Bills
One of the most well known bars in Hirafu is Wild Bill's. With prime position in the upper village, Wild Bill's is easily accessible by shuttle bus or a short walk from most accommodations. Bill's serves latin inspired sharing meals made with amazing Hokkaido produce. They have weekly theme nights and meal specials to suit a whole range of tastes.
Easily recognisable with its classic alpine log cabin styling and big 'Wild Bill's' sign out front you'll find regular live music, DJ sets and drinks flowing late into the night.
