Anyway Sandwich
Located on the back road to Kutchan from Hirafu, Anyway Sandwich shop started business in the summer of 2016 offering pastries and sandwiches made from homemade bread. They've since become one of the most popular sandwich shops in Niseko. At Anyway, you can choose your sandwich stuffing and choose the type of bread. Their garlic shrimp sandwich is to die for and they also have beef, chicken and bacon options. If you are not a meat person, not to worry, they have vegetarian options as well. They also have a wide range of pastries, cakes, coffees and an excellent view of Mt Yotei.

Kumo Restaurant
Kumo Restaurant attracts a crowd of both local and international guests for its quality service and amazing food. Located at Skye Niseko, Kumo Restaurant is a great place for Japanese soul food, with a few great western options on the menu too. Their Rusutsu Pork Katsu Sandwich comes with salad, soup and fried potatoes and is a must try.

Graubünden
For large portions, look no further than Graubünden. Located in Izumikyo, Graubünden is perfect for lunch with friends or even to just spend some time all by yourself. This place is known for its amazing varieties of sandwich, cakes, sides and their great coffee. Their cream cheese bagel coffee set is great, as is the french toast with sausage and salad. Or for something bigger, the mushroom cheese omelet sandwich are highly recommended. Just save room for a cake and pastry for dessert.

Guzu Guzu
Guzu Guzu is a must stop for sandwich-lovers. The cute wooden house is located in between Hirafu and Hanazono and is known as one of the best bakeries in town. They offer a vast selection of freshly made sandwiches, bread and pastries which comes in generous portions at a reasonable price. Try their Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese sandwich and enjoy the amazing combination of flavours. They also have a mayo-free Tuna Sandwich for those who prefer it without.
