How Your Kids Can Ski And Study In Niseko All In One Day
For two weeks this spring, Hokkaido International School's Niseko Campus is offering a unique chance for elementary students to learn in English while in Niseko.
Math class by morning followed by ski lessons in the afternoon – who knew learning could be so fun, right!?
A new, special winter program coming to Niseko is making learning to ski and studying in English a whole lot of fun with the Hokkaido International School Niseko(HIS Niseko) Spring Seasonal School.
The program allows children to learn, communicate and ski in an English-immersion environment for a truly unique experience.
Taught in English, the school is aimed for children of Western and Asian education systems who wish to come to Niseko to enjoy the beautiful setting while studying in English.
A native English speaking teacher will present a fun and active learning environment for your children – a perfect chance to have fun, think and learn at the same time.
It's an ideal course for learners who have a keen interest in English, whether they have learnt just a little or if they have lived abroad.
Usually only available to full-time students at international schools, HIS Niseko has created the program especially for short term seasonal learners in Niseko.
Created by members of our experienced Hokkaido International School Niseko(HIS Niseko) staff, participants receive the best possible instruction from highly qualified teachers, supported by a dedicated seasonal staff that place students first.
Students at this seasonal school program are efficient and productive in independent study through development of executive functions. Students analyze their learning spaces, create an organized study plan that minimizes distractions, and converse ways to set and reach realistic learning goals.
The HIS Spring Seasonal School runs for 2 weeks, but both weeks are independent learning modules (it is not necessary to attend both weeks). The students will have an immersion experience and learn English communication through speaking and writing English.
Niseko is a world class ski haven. HIS Niseko promotes skiing throughout the winter months. HIS Niseko is proud to work with Hokkaido Core.
Hokkaido Core is a small and specialized snow school, dedicated to giving you the best ski or snowboard experience possible. The crew from the core will be working with your child each afternoon for world class ski instruction. Hokkaido Core has over 25 years of teaching experience in Canada, USA, New Zealand and Japan.
