This partnership marked a significant expansion for the Ikon Pass to include Japan’s most renowned ski destination, and allowed passholders access to the consistent and high quality snow that Niseko is known for. Here’s how to redeem your lift passes when you arrive, and get you seamless access to the slopes.

Hit the Slopes: Scan Your Pass Directly at the Gate

Dive straight into Niseko’s world famous powder without delay! Your Ikon pass will be automatically scanned straight at the lift gate, meaning there is no need to visit a ticket counter or go through any administrative tasks. It couldn’t be any easier to redeem your lift tickets, letting you focus on what truly matters: carving up the slopes and taking in the Japanese winter landscape.

Visit the Lift Ticket Office for Assistance

If you have purchased an Ikon Pass but do not yet have your physical card, you will first need to show your digital card at a lift ticket office. There is a designated ticket office for this in each of the four Niseko United resorts: Grand Hirafu .Base (Dot Base) information counter, Hanazono lift ticket counter, Niseko Village base camp, and the Annupuri ticket office.

These ticket offices will also be where you can redeem other Ikon Pass benefits, such as: 25% off Niseko All Mountain lift passes for friends and family.
