Kutchan Claims No.1 in Land Price Increase Rate ... Again!
A rise of 27% reported for the land price in this area.
Residential land prices as of July 1st has been announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on Sep. 20th.
An area of land in the Kabayama-area, a 10 minute walk from the Hirafu Intersection, ranked the highest rise in land prices, with a rise of 27%.
Some may remember that the land near Hanazono Ski Resort had the largest land price rise 6 months ago.
With increasing demand from foreign visitors, the land price in the Niseko/Kutchan area is on a rise throughout the year!
