Kobe Tei
Serving diners in a traditional Japanese atmosphere, Kobe Tei specialises in preparing Kobe beef; the most premium ranked wagyu in Japan. Experienced chefs at the new yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant will pick only the best cuts of meat for guests in the winter.
Kumo Restuarant
Opening this winter at Skye Niseko, Kumo Restaurant is one of the biggest restaurants in Niseko. The spacious and inviting izakaya welcomes large group bookings for up to 20. Boasting a stunning view of Mt Yotei, Kumo Restuarant will serve up Hokkaido inspired dishes by world-class chefs.
Crossroad Niseko
Opening above the new Seven Eleven at Crossroad Niseko, a new steakhouse and Italian restaurant is coming to town. Scheduled for opening in early 2019, the restaurants will add more colour to the dining landscape in Niseko.
