Winter has hit Niseko with the Hirafu Gondola now open and the exciting new King Quad Lift #3 now rolling at Grand Hirafu.
It's exciting times in Niseko with the winter season now in the swing of things with the much-anticipated weekend opening of the Hirafu Gondola and brand new King Quad Lift #3 at Grand Hirafu.
Riders have been waiting paitently for the Gondola to open for the season, now giving them even more access to the mountain and a variety of runs. With the addition of the brand new King Quad Lift #3 also now in operation, riders can enjoy a comfortable trip up the mountain. The high-speed 4-person lift provides access to the Hirafu summit and the Hanazono area and is a super smooth ride to be experienced. Faster lifts means skiers and snowboarders get more of what they love: epic downhill time.
Since the opening of Grand Hirafu on November 26th, Niseko has received good early snowfall and more on the way, much to the delight of visitors and locals alike. With a few bluebird days over the past two weeks as well, it's been a great start to the season with plenty more action to come.
