Also known as Fuyutsuki, the restaurant is a relaunch of a Niseko classic and is located in the Matthew Suites building. Chefs prepare delicate tempura right in front of your eyes along with a number of other Japanese Izakaya favourites. Make sure to get in early to secure your seat!
