How to stay warm this winter? Try heart racing action on the slopes of Niseko by day followed by après ski drinks in cosy but cool bars at night in downtown Hirafu village. Check out this video release featuring seriously talented skiers Stephan Drake, Piers Solomon, and Santiago Guzman as they free ride the slopes right here in Niseko and around Hokkaido, as well as experiencing the off-mountain pleasure of the local bar scene.

The three "wanderers" emerge from a Hokkaido storm, and are drawn into the light and the warmth of a mysterious doorway in Niseko. The snow falls and the wind beats against the walls, but in the quiet and safety of a candlelight bar, the warmth and the wood wrap around them like a blanket, and their minds melt into reflections on days gone by. Put the needle on the record, sit down by the fire, have a drink, and take shelter from the storm. There is no warmth like the warmth felt in winter.
