This winter, An Dining will be serving Wild Zuwai crab tempura with 3 styles of salt, steamed Zuwai crab meat, spinach and salmon caviar with Dashi vinegar jelly as well as many other dishes incorporating the seasonal produce.
Kumo Restaurant
Kumo Restaurant, Niseko's only ski-in ski-out izakaya is gaining a name in town for their honest yet uncomplicated dishes. This winter the restaurant will sever up delicious Taraba (King) crab dish with shiso butter and lime.
Crab Dining Kanon
Specialising in Hokkaido crab, Crab Dining Kanon is a must for travelers wanting to try a selection of crabs cooked in a variety of ways. Try Hairy Crab, Snow Crab and King Crab, the three famous Hokkaido crabs grilled, steamed or in a hot pot.
