Jaga Matsuri (Potato Festival)
Famous for its produce of potatoes, Kutchan Town hosts an annual festival themed around the produce in August. It is one of the biggest event of the year in Kutchan Town and is always well attended by people from the surrounding towns. The highlights of the festival include a 1,000 people dance parade down the street.

Niseko Town Tanabata Fireworks Festival
Niseko Town's Firework is the largest display of fireworks in the area and has never failed to impress the crowd.
