Sushi Restaurant Saito, established in Susukino, Sapporo in 2000, proudly prepares Edomae sushi with the freshest Hokkaido fish daily. We’re excited to open our first branch in Niseko this November.

We will also offer the “Nigiri Experience + Lunch Course” (reservation required / 3-4 times a month / 11:30-14:00), which is very popular at the Sapporo Main Store. You can enjoy learning how to make sushi while wearing a chef's costume (white robe, hat, and maegake) and take a commemorative photo. This is a cozy restaurant with 9 seats at the counter and 12 seats at 3 tables. Early reservations are highly recommended.
